International OrdersAustralian Volleyball Warehouse provides volleyball products to customers all over the world. It started with Manuel Almeda from Portugal, he was our first international customer. Manuel ordered a pair of shoes and 2 t-shirts. Soon after he ordered another 2 pairs of shoes. It was about then we realised the poor Australian dollar has its advantages. Since then we have sent products to coutries like USA, Canada, Brazil, Malaysia, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, France, Austria and Italy. Closer to home we have sent enough gear to New Zealand to consider moving there ourselves. I think we will certainly be looking for an AVW distributor in NZ very soon.
Delivery Information International orders are always sent via insured airmail with Australia Post. Customers may choose between Economy Air or Express Air after considering cost and time implications. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to variations in destination but the following can be used as a rough guide.
Delivery Cost Small orders under AUS$300 will incur the following charges per order.
All international orders to a value over AUS$300 will require a shipping quote which must be authorised by the customer before the order is shipped.
Currency Conversion Almost all international buyers will be pleased by the results they get when comparing the Australian dollar to their own. However, the currency convertor link supplied on the Australian Volleyball Warehouse site should be used as a guide only. Exact order costs cannot be given due to constant exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges at the buyers end. A variation of upto 2-3% should be allowed by most customers. |
