STATE LEAGUE TEAMS

Mornington Volleyball Club currently has four "State League" teams entered in the Victorian Volleyball League. These teams also represent the club at various tournaments around country Victoria and inter-state.

Mornington teams compete in the following divisions: Honours Men, Honours Women, Division 1 Women, Division 2 Men, Division 2 Women, U17 Boys and U17 Girls.

Men's Honours & Div 2

  • Monday 7:30pm till 10:30pm at Padua College, Mornington

Men's Juniors (U17)

  • Monday 7:30pm till 10:30pm at Padua College, Mornington

Women's Honours, Div 1 & Div 2

  • Tuesday 7:30pm till 9:30pm at Toorak College, Mt Eliza
  • Thursday 7:30pm till 9:30pm at Toorak College, Mt Eliza

Women's Juniors (U17)

  • Thursday 6:00pm till 8:00pm at Toorak College, Mt Eliza

Match Times & Venues

All Teams

During the Victorian Volleyball League season which runs from May till September all teams compete on Saturdays at Springers Leisure Centre in Keysborough. Match start times are anywhere from 9:00am till 4:00pm depending on the draw.

During the tournament season all teams travel away for weekend tournaments. This usually involves leaving Friday night and returning Sunday afternoon. Approximate cost for tournaments is $60. This includes entery fee and accomodation only...meals are at each players expence.
